Almost always one of the four things below. Work down the list in order.
1. Check the spam or promotions folder
The message comes from an address at betterskillai.app. Gmail in particular files first-time senders under Promotions. Marking it "not spam" makes the next one arrive properly.
2. Check the address for a typo
A missing letter in the domain — gmial, hotmial, outlok — produces no error and no email. Go back and read the address you typed.
3. Wait two minutes, then request another
Mail is usually instant but can queue. Requesting a second link invalidates the first, so use the newest email in your inbox and ignore any older ones.
4. Check whether your work email is filtering it
Corporate mail filters quarantine unfamiliar senders without telling you. If you signed up with a work address and nothing arrives, try a personal address, or ask your IT team to allow betterskillai.app.
Still nothing
Write to support@betterskillai.app from the address you are trying to use and say when you last requested a link. Writing from the address itself tells us straight away whether mail to it reaches us.
