Email support@betterskillai.app from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm before doing anything irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile.
- Your progress, quiz answers, streak and XP ledger.
- Your entitlements and certificates.
- The exercises you wrote and the answers they produced.
It cannot be undone, and a later sign-in with the same address starts an empty account.
What we have to keep
Records of payments. Tax and accounting law requires us to retain invoice records for a period, so deleting your account does not erase the fact that an invoice existed. That data is kept to the minimum the obligation requires and is not used for anything else.
Cancel first
Deleting an account does not cancel a live subscription. Cancel it first, or ask for both in the same email.
Other requests
You can also ask for a copy of your data, a portable export, or a correction — same address. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge. We may confirm you control the email address first, because handing an account's history to whoever asks for it would be its own privacy failure.
