XP is the score you earn for doing the course.
Earning it
- Completing a lesson awards XP.
- Completing a day's quiz awards more.
- The exact amounts are set on the server and shown on the reward screen when you claim.
Levels
Levels come from total XP earned, roughly one level per five lessons. Your level does not fall when you spend XP — a score that drops for using the thing it gave you would be a strange score.
Spending it
XP buys streak freezes and streak repairs. That is all it buys, and it is why spending exists at all.
What XP is not
It is not money and not a token. It cannot be purchased on its own, sold, transferred between accounts, redeemed for anything outside the app, or withdrawn. It has no cash value at any time.
Checking your balance
The header shows the current balance. Settings → XP history lists everything received and spent, which is the place to look if a number surprises you. The server owns the balance; the app only displays it.
