Two ways to protect a streak, both bought with XP. XP is earned by finishing lessons — see XP and levels.
Streak freeze — before you miss a day
A freeze is held in advance and is used automatically on a day you do not complete, keeping the streak intact. Buy one from your profile.
- The price in XP and the number you can hold at once are shown on the button.
- There is a maximum you can hold. Once you are at it, the app will say so rather than take your XP.
- A freeze covers one missed day. It is spent whether or not you notice it working.
Streak repair — after it breaks
If a streak has just broken, the app may offer to restore it for XP. The price rises with the length of the streak being restored, because a long streak is worth more to get back.
- The offer is time-limited. Once it expires the streak is gone and cannot be restored by support.
- The price is shown on the button before you confirm.
If a purchase fails
The app says why: not enough XP, already holding the maximum, or not signed in. Nothing is charged when a purchase is refused. XP is never bought with money.
