Alvin AI Studio LLC (447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Suite 3007, New York, NY 10013, United States) is the seller and merchant of record: it sells the subscription, takes the payment and issues refunds. The platform itself is developed and operated by a second company, NATIVES AI, in İstanbul. Both are named in the Terms and Conditions.

Payments are handled by Stripe
Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach our servers. We receive the result of a payment — the plan, the amount, the currency and the next charge date — not your card number. Nobody at BetterSkillAI will ever ask you for a card number, a PIN or a password, by email or otherwise.
Charge you do not recognise
